The Leader's Branch (TLB) is a private, woman-founded 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in the U.S. Virgin Islands, with satellite offices in Atlanta, Georgia. We specialize in education, leadership development, and workforce readiness for state and local governments, K12 and higher education institutions, private-sector organizations, entrepreneurs, and adult learners.
As an agile, impact-driven organization, we deliver transformative courses and programs designed to support the growth of leadersfrom entry-level supervisors to C-suite executives. We are equally committed to expanding access to leadership and workforce learning for teens and adults who are underserved by current educational and developmental opportunities in their communities.
