Holding a Ph.D. in Creative Leadership and Innovation for Change, she helps individuals and organizations reimagine what's possible, translating vision into strategy and turning strategy into results that matter. As Chief Learning Officer, she designs transformative learning experiences that ignite purpose, spark innovation, and strengthen leadership at every level.
Her approach blends creativity with evidence-based practice, developing programs that empower people to lead with clarity, confidence, and courage. Whether advising executives, teaching students, or mentoring women through her ARISE Mentoring Series, Dr. Roach's mission remains constant: to cultivate potential and inspire change that endures.
As Founding President of the SHRM Virgin Islands Chapter, she continues to serve as a trusted partner across government, nonprofit, and corporate sectors.
